How Do I Initiate A Return With Wonderland Glow?

Damaged/Defective Product

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, Wonderland Glow will gladly issue a refund (product cost) or replacement as long as it's within 7 days of an order being delivered. The only requirement is proof of the damaged or defective product in the form of a high-quality image or video. You can send the image and/or video to our customer support team at 

Refunds are not offered on free giveaway items unless these orders exceed a delivery time of 10 weeks (from when the order was placed) or the items arrive damaged. Refunds are not offered for non-delivery due to wrong or incomplete address inputted during check out.

Our retail refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Should you receive an item that is the wrong color or size than the one you originally ordered, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 74 hours upon delivery of the order in order to get a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Long Shipping

In the case your product/s arrives 5+ days later than our estimated shipping times specified, we are happy to offer a partial refund.

Product Lost / Stolen

There are some things that are simply out of our control. Very rarely, an order may be lost in transit or stolen. In this case, we'll work with you to do what we can to make things right.

Address Information

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order and ask that you re-submit your order.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. IMPORTANT NOTE: Our estimated processing time of 1 to 3 days is separate from our estimated shipping times. This is necessary to note when considering refund eligibility for 'long shipping.'
